These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the flexplanariar.com site, operated by Flexplanariar S.A., registered with the General Inspection of Justice under No. 8,427,192, Tax ID 30-71689452-9, with address at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, Floor 12, C1001AAT, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.

1. Acceptance

Use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the site.

2. Purpose

The site's purpose is to provide institutional and commercial information about the Business Intelligence services provided by Flexplanariar S.A. in the Argentine market.

3. Intellectual property

All content (texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, source code and databases) is the exclusive property of Flexplanariar S.A. or its licensors, and is protected by Law 11,723 on Intellectual Property and the applicable trademark regulations (Law 22,362).

4. Permitted use

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and these Terms, refraining from conduct that may damage, overload or degrade the site.

5. Limitation of liability

Flexplanariar S.A. shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data resulting from use or inability to use the site, except for duly proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Consumer protection

Within the framework of consumer relations, Argentine Consumer Defense Law No. 24,240 and its amendments apply. The user may resort to the Pre-Consumer Conciliation Service (COPREC).

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other venue or jurisdiction.

8. Amendments

Flexplanariar S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published at flexplanariar.com/en/terms.
